Reynisfjara Beach is located very close to the village of Vik on Iceland’s scenic South Coast. The famous black sand beach is a snap to visit from Vik!

Driving Directions from Vik to Reynisfjara Beach

From Vik, take Route 1 (Ring Road) towards Reykjavik for 5.3 kilometers (3.3 miles) to Route 215 (Reynishverfisvegur).

Turn left on Route 215 and drive for 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) to arrive at Reynisfjara Beach.
